PRODUCT

These are small batch, made-to-order gift boxes. Thus minor variation may occur from the sample images depending on inventory. However you can consider these images to be a good faith representation of the intended product. If you are not completely satisfied with your gift box, contact me as soon as possible for resolution.

Food Safety

Food products that Specialty Gift Boxes by Stephanie B. provides are generally labeled with possible allergen-containing ingredients and other food safety information, such as consume by dates or storage requirements, by the manufacturer.

All clients are encouraged to read the labels before consuming. Specialty Gift Boxes by Stephanie B. will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed including labeled and non-labeled food products.

Custom Orders:

  • Custom order delivery/fulfillment will be the date mutually agreed upon in the order agreement. 
  • 4-6 weeks of assembly time is required for most custom orders
  • A rush fee may be applied if the preparation time is less than 4 weeks, generally, about 10-15% of the order total, depending on size. 

Pre-orders:

  • Pre-order discounts are occasionally offered for products that will not be ready for another 4-6 weeks, or until the date range listed on the product page.

PICKUP / LOCAL DELIVERY IN  AUSTIN, TX

Keep Austin Local! Gift boxes can be collected at an appointed date/time OR we can coordinate a time for pickup. If you're an ATX Local and want to pickup yourself, contact me personally at 512-508-6591 or stephanieb@islamicgiftboxes.com to purchase and arrange pickup. Otherwise local delivery can be added to your Shopify purchase for a minor fee. Pickup is always free. 

SHIPPING

Shipping is automatically applied at checkout based on weight, according to the category of shipping service you select. Purchases in TX require sales tax to be applied to both the product and shipping service.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the small batch nature of my business, returns and refunds have restrictions. Gift boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable, barring issues with quality, damages or shipping, and for approved exchanges.

Pre-Order Refunds:

  • However, Pre-orders are eligible for a 50% refund, no questions asked, before the date listed on the product page.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact 512-508-6591 or stephanieb@islamicgiftboxes.com.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have (unused, in its original condition, with all items inside sealed) for inspection; then, once the return is accepted for a refund, make a separate purchase for the new item.
